These Terms of Use supplement Cint AB’s terms and our Privacy Policy. By registering with Paidpolls, you agree to these terms, Cint AB’s terms, and our privacy policy + Cint Ab’s Privacy Policy.
1. Registration
1.1 All persons over the age of 18 with permanent residence in Finland may register with Paidpolls.
1.2 By registering, you give Paidpolls permission to send you emails, including survey invitations and marketing messages. You may withdraw this permission at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting customer support.
1.3 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in termination of membership and loss of rewards.
1.4 Membership is personal and may not be transferred. You are responsible for your username and password, as well as all use of your account.
2. Partners and nature of the service
2.1 Paidpolls is operated in cooperation with several market research companies, panel platforms and research networks.
2.2 The main partner for technical systems is currently Cint AB. Their terms apply to all surveys and services delivered via Cint.
2.3 We may at any time, without notice:
- replace the main partner with another system provider,
- add new partners, or
- remove existing partners.
2.4 Each partner may have its own terms and privacy policies. You may review these before taking part in a survey.
2.5 The variety of partners provides members with a broader range of surveys and more earning opportunities.
3. Rewards
3.1 You will receive a reward for each completed and approved survey in accordance with the partner’s rules.
3.2 Payments and accounting are primarily managed by the technical system partner (currently Cint AB) or the partner responsible for the survey.
3.3 A reward may be withheld if:
- the survey is not completed,
- answers are false, incomplete or illogical,
- participation breaches these terms or the partner’s rules,
- fraud or false information is detected.
4. Prohibition of fraud and misuse
4.1 You must always provide honest and considered answers.
4.2 Prohibited behaviour includes:
- providing false personal details,
- creating multiple accounts within the same panel,
- using automated response methods (bots, scripts),
- answering the same survey multiple times,
- completing surveys extremely quickly without genuine participation.
4.3 Partners’ algorithms and quality control measures may detect and block such behaviour. Breaches will result in the loss of rewards and termination of membership.
5. Participation in surveys
5.1 Participation is voluntary.
5.2 The service is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
5.3 We reserve the right to modify, restrict or discontinue parts of the service without notice.
6. Marketing messages
6.1 By registering, you agree to receive marketing messages.
6.2 You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting customer support.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 The service and surveys are provided “as is”. We are not liable for:
- actions or errors of partners,
- availability or technical issues,
- delays in rewards where responsibility lies with the partner.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of income or data.
8. Changes to the terms
8.1 We may update these terms when operations, partners or legislation change.
8.2 Changes take effect from the time of publication.
8.3 If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you by email.

10. Language and interpretation
These Terms of Use are translated into English (UK). In the event of discrepancies or translation errors across versions, the English text shall always prevail as the legally binding version.
